Located within the luxurious confines of “ Pierros Verde” 5-star hotel, Verde Ruga offers an unparalleled dining experience that combines the rich flavors of the Mediterranean with the breathtaking beauty of its surroundings.
“Verde” meaning “green” in Italian and “ruga” meaning “road or line”  in the zakynthian dialect, going back to its Italian roots, is the line which connects the past with the present, and the surrounding nature with the culinary tradition of the Mediterranean.
The ambiance is one of rustic elegance, with natural stone walls, wooden beams, and panoramic windows that frame the azure expanse of the sea below.
At “Verde Ruga”, our culinary philosophy is simple: to celebrate the abundance of fresh, locally sourced ingredients that the Mediterranean region has to offer. Our menu is a symphony of vibrant flavors and colors, inspired by the fertile landscapes and rich culinary tradition of the island of Zakynthos.
